WARRANT FOR SPECIAL ELECTION
JUNE 11, 2007
To either of the Constables in the Town of
GREETINGS:
In the name of the
Back Entrance to Gymnasium
On Monday, the 11th day of June next, at 11
o’clock a.m. to bring in their votes to the Election Officers on one ballot as
follows:
One questions as follows in the following form:
1.
Shall the Town of
Templeton be allowed to assess an additional $735,700.00 in real estate and
personal property taxes for the purpose of funding the operating budget of the
Narragansett Regional School District as assessed by the Narragansett Regional
School District for the fiscal year beginning July first two thousand seven?
YES__________ NO__________
The polls will open at 11:00 a.m. and close at 7:00 p.m.
And you are hereby directed to serve this warrant by posting
attested copies thereof in each Precinct:
namely at the Post Office in Templeton, the Post Office in East
Templeton, the Post Office in Baldwinville, at Cote’s Market in Otter River,
and at the Town Office Buildings located at 4 Elm Street, Baldwinville, and at
690 Patriots Road, Templeton, and by delivering a copy to each of the Precinct
Clerks seven (7) days at least before the time of holding said meeting and by
causing notice of the same to be published once in the Gardner News, a
newspaper published in said County in the City of Gardner.
Hereof, fail not and make due return of this warrant with
your doings thereon to each Precinct Clerk seven (7) days at least before the
time of holding said meeting.
