To either of the Constables of the Town of Templeton, in said County.
GREETINGS:
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the Inhabitants of the several precincts of the Town of Templeton, County of Worcester, qualified to vote in Town Elections to meet in their respective precincts at the places designated and appointed by the Selectmen, to wit:
Narragansett
Regional Middle School
Back Entrance to Gymnasium
460 Baldwinville
Road
Baldwinville, MA
Four questions as follows in the following form:
1. Shall the Town of Templeton be allowed to assess an additional Seven
Hundred Seven Thousand, Thirteen Dollars ($707,013.00) in real estate and personal property taxes for the purpose of fully funding the Narragansett Regional School District requested budget for the fiscal year beginning July first two thousand six?

2. Shall the Town of Templeton be allowed to assess an additional Two Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) in real estate and personal property taxes for the purpose of reconstruction of Town roads for the fiscal year beginning July first two thousand six?

3. Shall the Town of Templeton be allowed to assess an additional One Hundred
Seventy-Seven Thousand Dollars ($177,000.00) in real estate and personal property taxes for the purpose of a metal roof and fascia boards at the Templeton Center School for the fiscal year beginning July first two thousand six?

4. Shall the Town of Templeton be allowed to assess an additional Three Hundred Eleven Thousand, Three Hundred Forty-Four Dollars ($311,344.00) in real estate and personal property taxes for the purpose of purchasing and equipping a four-wheel drive dump truck with plow for the Cemetery Department and two (2) ten-wheel dump trucks with sanders for the Highway Department for the fiscal year beginning July first two thousand six?

The polls will open at 11:00 a.m. and close at 7:00p.m.
And you are hereby directed to serve this warrant by posting attested copies thereof in each Precinct: namely at the Post Office in Templeton, the Post Office in East Templeton, the Post Office in Baldwinville, at Cote’s Market in Otter River, and the Town Office Building located at 4 Elm Street, Baldwinville, MA and at 690 Patriots Road, Templeton, and by delivering a copy to each of the Precinct Clerks seven (7) days at least before the time of holding said meeting and by causing notice of the same to be published once in the Gardner News, a newspaper published in said County in the City of Gardner.
Hereof, fail not and make due return of this warrant with your doings thereon to each Precinct Clerk seven (7) days at least before the time of holding said meeting.
