Affordable Housing
The Town of Templeton Affordable Housing Office is conducting a survey on how the Town's residents feel about Housing, as the Town is at work implementing its Affordable Housing Plan. The results of this survey will assist in determining priorities for Plan Implementation.

Affordable home opportunities for first time buyers:


As part of the partnership with RCAP Solutions, MOC. Twin Cities CDC, Greater Gardner CDC and MRPC there is available some monies for a Foreclosure Prevention Loan Product.
The partnership has decided to keep the terms and conditions of this product fairly loose. Loan amounts will range from $3,000-5,000 and once the borrower has received the funds there is a good expectation of sustainability.
We are pleased, as long as it does not violate any of the individual organization's policies, to offer this product to employees and their families.
